Barack Obama - The Wizard of Oz
by Evelyn Pringle
The most trusted leaders of the Democratic party, such as John Kerry and Ted Kennedy, ought to be ashamed of themselves for supporting Barack Obama. With use of the internet, a fifth grader could connect the dots to show a picture of a guy who was picked up in college and carried up the political ladder by a corrupt gang of influence peddlers.
Being from Kansas I can see the comparison and fully understand it. He thinks he is the great uniter and that he can do it by himself. Unfortunately it does take a village to make the change. And as I have said before Obama has still not answered my many e-mails asking where that $250,000 worth of Rezko money went and what was the charity. The only response I ever get is see my tax returns.
The story kind of points up the validity of what Hillary had to say early on in the campaign - that she has been thoroughly vetted. We know every skeleton in the Clintons' closet - no surprises. Take it or leave it. Obama has gone out of his way to hide much of his trail and to romanticize the rest of it via books.
Here lies a toppled God
His fall was not a small one
We did but build his pedestal
A narrow and a tall one.
Sometimes, Frank Herbert said some of the wisest things! (Charterhouse: Dune)
There is much to learn obviously how a relative unknown catapults to national prominence in almost no time.
The attached article mostly condemns Rezko, Blagojevich, and Daley and tries to link Obama to them in ways that have not yet been verified.
I think there may be more to this story than we know but what was here is mostly innuendo and supposed coincidence as it applies to Obama.
The great fear with Obama is that he will turn out to be the victim as the Wizard of Oz and after the election and a win, he will show himself to be one as reality sinks in.
